Prolesur (Osorno, Chile)

This project was the construction of a new 5,000 kg/hr instant whole milk plant. The plant was built on an existing site and connected to a mix of existing and new services.

IPS managed the installation and start-up of the equipment. This included an addition to the existing milk storage system, a milk standardisation system, a new MVR evaporator, a new spray dryer, new powder bins and the installation of a rebuilt packing system. IPS also managed the electrical and mechanical installation within the process plant.
