Preparation of Tender Documents

IPS can prepare tender documents that exactly define the terms and scope of the total project. It is essential that the documents be written with adequate information available to the companies quoting the job so that the final contract represents a fixed price resulting in very few, if any, price variations.

Tender Review

IPS can provide an impartial review of the tender submissions submitted by the supply firms. IPS will analyse the submissions to accurately compare the proposals to ensure that the most appropriate technologies are being provided. As part of the analysis a comparison of the tender submissions will be prepared to ensure that the company chosen to build the plant is giving you the best value for money.

Project Planning

IPS can assist the client with a number of peripheral issues requiring detailed planning that may not be included in the main contract issued to the Supply Company. These areas may include services plant, effluent disposal and layout and civil design.

Site Selection

IPS can assist you with the selection of a suitable site for the processing plant. They will review the infrastructure and estimate the costs associated with the various options available.
