Staff Training

The success or failure of any manufacturing operation is dependent on the level of training provided, to the management and operations staff. IPS tries to provide training that is aimed at the operation staff to allow them to better understand the process that they are working with. The main focus will be on filling the gaps, left by any other training programmes offered by the company.

Management Training

IPS can in the case of new plant start-ups provide new managers or supervisors with sufficient background knowledge to allow them to successfully manage a plant with the minimum of outside help. This entails providing sufficient technical knowledge to enhance their understanding of the process and its pitfalls in the shortest possible period.

On the Job Training

In any workplace staff learn at different rates however in the modern dairy industry slow learners tend to cost money. IPS can provide support for those who are having problems understanding the operation of their plant. IPS runs specific and targeted courses to small groups or individuals to assist in the upskilling of those staff. IPS can also undertake one on one training in the plant to provide intensive training to specific staff members.
