- Commissioning Support
- IPS offers a comprehensive package for the commissioning of new plants. All new process plants require some fine-tuning, in the initial start up period, in order to run efficiently. It is intended that IPS’s role during this period would be one of trouble-shooters, advising on how best to achieve the desired quality levels in the shortest possible time frame. The focus would be on information transfer, to the operations staff, rather than solving the problems directly. This role supplements the roles performed by the supply companies commissioning engineers.
- Technical Support
- IPS can provide technical support to assist a company that wants to expand their range of products or to improve existing product lines. With our experience we can provide knowledge and insight to assist in speeding up the development process.
- Advisory Service
- IPS offers a service where several visits are made to the plant during the course of a year. These visits would provide the opportunity to assess the ongoing performance of the plant. During this time they would be available to provide extra operator training, if required, to help with performance enhancement within the plant or to help the company staff solve production issues that may have arisen.
