Troubleshooting and Plant Auditing
IPS provides a service to clients who wish to either improve the performance of an existing plant or to solve quality or performance related problems. IPS can advise on productivity and profitability enhancement within the process environment.
The following is a more detailed outline of what can be offered.
- Plant Troubleshooting
- IPS offers a process/plant troubleshooting service. For this service IPS will either work with your staff remotely or visit the plant to help them solve the problems. If a plant visit is required this can normally be arranged within 48 hours of receiving the request. Once on site an action plan to solve the particular problems can be determined. A written report will be prepared with the follow up actions required.
- Plant Auditing
- This service is available to clients who may be looking to purchase assets and require an unbiased appraisal of the operation. IPS will review the operation and comment on its viability and long term sustainability. IPS can also comment on what other processing options maybe available for the selected plant.
- Plant Valuations
- IPS can provide an independent valuation of assets. This can be for either insurance or asset sale purposes. In the case of insurance claims IPS can complete a full assessment of any damaged plant and prepare a full insurance report
